Astrological
Indicators, Prophesies and Predictions - Part 1
|
|
In the last article (Dawning of the Age of Aquarius - The
Defeat of the NWO ) I talked about how the ruling elite (the New World
Order factions) have controlled society at many levels. They have stifled
progress in order to benefit themselves at the expense of the general populace.
However, their influence and power are coming to an end.
In this article we will explore in more detail the indicators that signal their
demise and be beginning of a new age of peace and cooperation on the planet.
One of the clearest indicators comes to us from the Mayan prophecies. For those
that haven't seen it already Ian Lungold’s presentation of the Mayan prophecies
gives a detailed exposition of these, see following videos: |

Basically the Mayan calendar tells us that the events on planet Earth, and the
cosmos generally, are governed by the evolution of consciousness. Furthermore,
that evolution goes through increasingly shorter cycles as consciousness speeds
up, culminating in 2012.
Each cycle is about a 20th of the previous cycle. We are currently in the 8th
and second last cycle, which started in 1999 and will culminate in February
2011.
The first cycle began according to the Mayan calendar about 16.4 billion years
ago. Interestingly this is about the same age as the estimated time since the
big bang which according to modern science occured some 13.7 billion years ago.
Each cycle has a theme associated with it. The previous cycle which began in
1755 and covered the period to 1999 was about control and the use of
power.

This seems to be appropriate as the people of the world have never been as
controlled and power as concentrated with the few as has been the case in
recent history. Despite appearances to the contrary people are being used and
manipulated on a scale not seen before. The last article had some information
in this regard.
In 1999 a new cycle began that has ethics as its main theme. A cycle where the
morality of what is done is brought to the light.
This seems to accord with experience as more and more people are questioning
authority and status quo beliefs. A good example being the recent protests in
Iran.
There were world wide protests when America invaded Iraq. Many of us in the new
age movement thought that the election of the Bush administration was a
backward step, however from a higher perspective this was probably needed to
awaken people.
For the first time a large part of the American population, and indeed the
world, started questioning what they were being told by their government. For
the first time they started to entertain the possibility that their government
might not have their best interests at heart.
According to the Mayan calendar each cycle is further divided into 13 sections,
comprising 7 days and 6 nights each having its own meaning.
Each day is followed by the corresponding night, see the following image taken
from the above videos.

One section of particular interest is the 5th night.
Examination of history has shown that the fifth night of each cycle has
involved great changes and often hardships as the old ways of doing things have
been cleared away in order to bring in new patterns and energies.
In our current cycle the fifth night occurred in 2008 - each section of this
cycle lasting just under a year.
Again we see a good correspondence with actual events. The financial crisis
that began in 2008 fits perfectly with this theme. All of the chaos surrounding
this is clearing the way for a new way of doing things, in readiness for the
new cycle beginning in Feb 2011.
This last cycle has as its theme 'conscious co-creation'. Meaning, among other
things, that more and more people will be able to manifest their visions
quicker than ever before as consciousness is raised to another level.
I believe we will see many more people being able to intuitively know things,
many more will have psychic abilities and clearer connections to spirit.
This general trend is supported Astrologically.
We have Pluto, the planet of transformation and change, entering the sign of
Capricorn, the sign representing authority and the status quo, things that
restrict and limit. This includes things like the financial and legal systems,
corporations and government, anything to do with rules and regulations and the
like.
Wherever Pluto goes it tends to bring to the surface issues that have been
hidden or suppressed in order they be dealt with. It often represents power
struggles and issues of control and manipulation.
We can see this being reflected in recent history.
In the 80's and early 90's Pluto was in the sign of Scorpio. One of the main
indicators of Scorpio is sexuality, and indeed there was quite a shift
happening then in how we viewed sexuality. Interestingly, that was also the
time when AIDS, a sexually transmitted disease, first appeared on the scene in
a big way.
In the late 90's and up until 2008 Pluto was in Sagittarius. One of the
qualities of Sagittarius relates to higher learning, religion and spirituality.
In its negative aspect it can represent religious dogmatism and intolerance.
And haven't we witnessed this playing out in a big way over the last decade or
so.
Religious dogma and control has been around for a long time but it was hidden,
however the advent of Pluto in Sagittarius brought all these issues out in the
open where people have to address it. The molestation of children by priests
being a good example.
Pluto has now moved into Capricorn so I would predict that the religious
influences will slowly subside over time.
We are seeing signs of this already with the events in Iran and the decreasing
influence of Christian fundamentalism in America.
Capricorn represents authority, rules and regulations, big business,
government, the financial and legal systems and anything that restricts or
limits.
With Pluto in Capricorn we can expect to see these areas affected in a big way,
we can expect big changes to occur. What better example of this than the
financial crisis we are all experiencing. Interestingly, Pluto first went into
Capricorn in 2008, the year where the financial problems started surfacing in a
big way.
This also aligns well with the Mayan calendar which highlights 2008 a year of
major upheaval, as discussed previously.
We are starting to see the practices of many of these systems being put under
ever greater scrutiny. Pluto will bring out all the dirty laundry, so to speak.
The corrupt practices of corporations, governments and other institutions will
be exposed as never before.
Another astrological indicator that's significant at this time is the
Saturn-Uranus opposition.
Saturn represents many of these same qualities as Capricorn which it rules, as
described above.
Uranus representing the urge for freedom from the restriction and regulations,
it represents independence and equality and co-operation among all people.
The opposition in astrology often represents the struggle between two opposing
forces. With the Saturn-Uranus opposition we have the struggle between the new
and the old ways of doing things, between freedom and limitation.
This astrological alignment first came into being around October of 2008 and
will continue to have an influence until around August 2010, to varying degrees
depending on the retrograde motions of the planets. October of 2008 is about
the time that the financial crisis started gathering pace.
Interestingly the first exact alignment of the Saturn-Uranus opposition, when
the effect is the strongest, occured on 4th of November 2008, precisely on the
day of the US presidential elections.

US
Presidential Election, 4 Nov 2008
This in my view is a highly meaningful and symbolic indicator of the energies
that were around at that time. The struggle between the old and the new, Obama
representing the new and McCain and the Conservatives representing the old
guard, the old way of doing things.
The fact that this alignment will continue until 2010 signifies to me that
Obama and the forces for change will have about a two-year struggle with the
establishment and the factions that want to maintain power and control.
We are continuing to see the struggle between the old and the new gathering
pace worldwide. The recent events in Iran is a good example of this.
On the astrological indicators alone, I would predict that by the end of 2010
we will see that the old guard and the controllers of the world will be
substantially defeated. They will no longer be calling the shots, paving the
way for a much more peaceful, caring and freer world.
